vintage: the vintage effect is a response to the growing demand for naturalism and the search for authenticity.

using modern technologies and natural aging and maturing processes, the boards produced in grc technology are subjected to seasoning in natural conditions, exposed to the same weather conditions as concrete in our surroundings, they weave, absorb, dry, gain natural dirt, stains, stains. they obtain a long-maturing drawing of the surface, unique rich colors, surprising ornaments.

the base material is gray or anthracite gray and it is the only determinant. therefore, the coloring, scale and discoloration method, as well as the porosity of the material is not defined, which is its basic aesthetic feature.

rusty: a very interesting and innovative solution is also the introduction of material with original rust deposits, the “rusty” model. this can be compared to the corten effect.

the latest hit for covering the surface of the boards – “rusty” effect – performed by provoking the natural rust on the concrete surface.

thanks to the application of iron oxides we developed a special coating that undergoes natural rusting.

the rusty coating is properly secured and fixed.

protection of this material takes place after the rusting process, which preserves the effect.

the final result can be graded to be more or less intense.

Individual surface finishing

hydrophobic and oleophobic impregnation of concrete facade panels is possible upon request.

we offer 2 types of surface texture – smooth and porous.

the cladding slabs are made in a forming process from natural ingredients, which affects the nature of the material. therefore a slight change of color, discoloration, or streaks can occur. the occurrence of pores and voids is irregular, and their appearance on the edge of the element, as well as the visibility of fibers, is natural and the material’s own feature.

Installation

high flexibility thanks to the high content of glass fibers, allows you to control the installation of even elements, leveling uneven walls.
